Visit The Montgomery Farmers Market
Drop by the Montgomery Farmers Market to discover fresh produce and support local businesses! The Montgomery Farmers Market is an outlet for local farmers to showcase their products and promote business growth. The market is open every Saturday starting now through October 26, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. It is located within the Village Shopper parking area.
The event is sponsored by the Montgomery Friends of Open Space (MFOS). The non-profit foundation works to preserve township farmland, and is comprised of land in Montgomery as well as Rocky Hill.
Once walking into the market, visitors are greeted by a variety of goods such as meat, produce, bread, herbs, and baked goods. The “eat local” tables are now accepting credit cards, making purchasing produce more accessible for all.
There are also interactive activity tables for children to learn and play. Zell Farms, an Asian vegetable farm, and The Granola Bar, a specialty granola maker, are some new tables that will be present for this year’s farmers market.
