Hillsborough Township to Host 1st Annual Senior Fun Day at AVM Park
“Save the date, Hillsborough Township will host the 1st Annual Senior Fun Day in the Park, on Wednesday, October 2nd for all Hillsborough residents age 60 and over,” announced Mayor Frank DelCore.

Hillsborough’s 1st ever Senior Fun Day will include comradery, games and a picnic lunch. Games include Corn Hole, Bocce, Horseshoes, Hoops, Bingo and a leisurely walk through the park. The event which starts at 9: am will culminate with a picnic lunch at Noon. Desserts for this year's event are being provided by Hillsborough's local Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities; Foothill Acres; Brookdale; Avalon/Bridgeway; All American.

Seniors are invited to contact Social Services at 908-369-3880 to register for this fun-filled day. The Office of Social Services continues to provide a variety of programs and services to Township residents. All these services are free.
